Phanova (“we”, “us”) runs phanova.in and its products, including Phanova Voice. This page explains what information we collect through this website, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Details you give us in our forms: your name, email address and the answers you choose to share, such as your role, the platforms you use, your profile link, your project idea, budget range and timeline.
- How you found us: the page you submitted from, the referring website and campaign tags (for example utm_source), if present.
We don't collect payment details on this website, and we don't use advertising trackers.
Why we use it
- To add you to the Phanova Voice waitlist and invite you to early access.
- To reply to your project enquiry and arrange an idea call.
- To send occasional updates about Phanova. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe.
- To understand which channels bring people to us, so we can improve.
Who we share it with
We never sell your information. We only use trusted service providers who help us run the website and store data securely, such as our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and database provider (Supabase). They process data on our behalf and may store it on servers outside India.
How long we keep it
We keep your details while you're on the waitlist or in conversation with us. If you ask us to delete them, or if we no longer need them, we delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information, or stop contacting you, at any time. Email hello@phanova.in and we'll respond within 30 days.
Your ideas are confidential
Anything you share about a project idea is used only to respond to you. We're happy to sign an NDA before discussing details.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
